I work at University of Debrecen (UD) as Assistant Professor. As a member of Botany, Plant Physiology and Biotechnology Dept., Institute of Plant Sciences, my interest in teaching Plant Sciencies, mainly Botany, covering the following main topics: plant cell, histology, morphology, plant taxonomy, the classification of angiosperms, cultivated and weed species. As a lecturer, I give lectures in subjects: Basic Botany for Agriculture, Nature Conservation Botany, Management of Protected Grasslands. Earlier I taught Plant Physiology as Predoctoral fellow. I do research in a field related Soil Science, Agronomy and Agricultural Plant Science as well as Plant Biotechnology. My current research project (related to the production of leaf protein concentrates, leaf protein biotechnology) involves characterization, stabilization, and utilization of plant (green and brown) juices aiming bio-industrial use in the aspect of the circular economy. I am open to work on actual problems of agriculture in the aspect of botany to make the agricultural production more effective and contribute to healty nutrition of mankind.
