abstract:
Employment policy has become a priority area after change of political system in Hungary. The emergence of unemployment represents a constant problem to be solved for the state and the private sector. The employment solution appears the civil sector as third operator. It has dual function. On the one hand employers, on the other hand, intermediaries between employers and employees. Both roles primarily disadvantaged groups in the labor market point of view of their existence. The civil sector prevalent in atypical employment. This is a popular form of employment for pensioners, disabled persons and among women. As an intermediary civil organisations are particularly important for disadvantaged groups in preparation for the world of work, education, counseling purposes. The aim of the study explore the role and importance of civil society organisations in the labor market.
